We help each other a lot in various topics, we don't leave anyone alone. For me, the value is that when you ask a question in our department, most often someone already knows and gives you the answer and you don't have to look for a solution outside or invent the wheel yourself. I think the advantage of our team is that we are always willing to explain something on a daily basis, we don't even wait for the status, we exchange knowledge on an ongoing basis and provide each other with support. I work on very large projects that have been going on for several years. Sometimes we make changes to projects, if someone wants to change the industry they support, they can report it and we try to adapt to it. If someone from SEM would like to learn more about, e.g. YouTube campaigns, ecommerce topics or try their hand at our social team, this is also possible. There are many paths. In addition to SEM campaigns, I also created campaigns for PLL LOT in the Facebook panel, video campaigns, and Brand Lift research in Poland and abroad.
